Shipping Policy

Global African Art offers online purchasing and shipping to all destinations worldwide. All items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers within the USA can expect to receive their items within 5 business days. International orders will deliver within 10 business days. Express shipping will be available at an additional cost.

Charges

Continental United States Orders:

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the total order amount of the purchase. In the event that shipping charges need to be adjusted, the buyer will be notified by email and must approve the additional shipping costs before the order is processed.

International Orders:

Customers will be contacted by email with details about shipping charges before the order is processed.

Shipping Methods

Shipping will be provided by United States Postal Services and UPS. In certain cases, FEDEX may be used, and this will not increase the charge.

Damaged Items

Although special care will be taken while packaging and shipping all items, accidents may happen. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will show it in these unfortunate cases. If there is any damage to your order, please keep all original packaging materials and immediately contact us.
